Due to the nature of professional skincare and hygiene standards, all skincare sales are final once opened or used. We cannot resell products that have been opened, tested, or tampered with.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit only

  • No refunds to original form of payment

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale items, promotions, or bundles

  • Gift cards

  • Services or treatment packages

Eligible for return or exchange ONLY if:

  • Product is unopened

  • Product is unused

  • Product is in original packaging

  • Return is made within 7 days of purchase

  • Original receipt is provided

All online skincare purchases are final sale and not eligible for mail-in returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If you are a local client, you may return an unopened and unused product in person at our Sacramento location within 7 days of delivery, following the same in-store return policy outlined above.
