The pattern was always the same. The internal side of the picture had almost never been addressed. Not the hormonal patterns, not the gut health piece, not the nervous system stress that shows up on skin in ways no topical product can touch. This guide brings those two sides together. Everything inside came from the treatment room. It is the method I use, and it is the one I would have wanted when I was still building mine.
